Please read carefully before proceeding. By approving below, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Odds Coach is an analysis and education tool. It is not a gambling service. Odds Coach provides AI-generated commentary, probability estimates, and after-the-fact analysis of publicly available prediction market data, and helps you learn from your own decisions. We do not operate, offer, or run any betting, wagering, or trading service. We do not accept bets or stakes, hold the money you use to bet or trade, set odds, place or execute trades, or pay out winnings. There is no game of chance, prize, or payout inside Odds Coach. Any position you take is taken by you, on a third-party platform, with your own money. We do not act as a broker, exchange, or financial adviser on your behalf.
2. No financial, investment, or betting advice. Nothing provided through Odds Coach, including edge calculations, probability estimates, confidence scores, suggested stake sizes, alerts, or post-mortem analysis, is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any wager or trade. We are not a licensed financial, investment, or betting adviser. Suggested stake sizes are calculated from the bankroll and settings you enter and do not take account of your wider finances, obligations, or risk tolerance. Treat a suggested stake as a discipline signal, not an instruction.
3. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Every decision and every trade is made by you. Any decision to view, act upon, ignore, or deviate from information provided by Odds Coach is made entirely at your own discretion and at your own risk. Odds Coach, its operators, and affiliates bear no responsibility for any outcome of your betting or trading activity.
4. We cannot promise accuracy or results, and we do not share in your results. Odds Coach makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis, probability estimate, or suggestion, and makes no promise that you will profit or avoid a loss. A high Coach Score or a strong past record does not predict future results. We do not share in your wins or your losses. What you pay us is a fee for access to AI processing and analytical tools, not a share of any betting outcome.
5. Post-mortem analysis is retrospective only. Post-mortem analysis reflects an assessment of whether a decision was statistically reasonable at the time it was made. It does not undo, insure against, or compensate for any financial loss.
6. We are not affiliated with Polymarket or any prediction market. Odds Coach reads publicly available data. Links to Polymarket or other platforms open third-party sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for those platforms, their terms, their availability, their legality in your jurisdiction, or any funds you hold or transact there. Polymarket is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to identify the platform.
7. Prediction markets and betting carry real financial risk. You can lose all the money you put in. Odds Coach does not urge anyone to bet, and better analysis does not make a bet safe. If you choose to use prediction markets, use only money you can afford to lose and consider independent professional advice. If betting is causing you harm, or you feel you cannot stop, please stop and speak to a licensed professional or a problem-gambling support service in your country. In the US, you can find the National Problem Gambling Helpline at ncpgambling.org.
8. Eligibility and legality. You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it. Prediction markets are not legal everywhere, and Polymarket restricts access in some countries and US states. You represent that your use of prediction markets and of this Service is lawful where you live. It is your sole responsibility to check.
9. Auto-Pilot suggests. It never acts. Auto-Pilot generates a ranked, pre-sized list of suggestions based on rules you configure. It never places, executes, or manages any bet or trade, and never accesses your funds or wallet. Every trade on any platform remains a decision you make yourself.
10. Alerts are informational, not instructions. Email and WhatsApp alerts (edge changes, market moves, position updates) are automated notices meant to save you time checking the app. They are not a recommendation to act, and Odds Coach is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or decisions made based on an alert.
11. Credits are a service fee, not a wager. Credits pay for access to AI-generated analysis. They are not a bet, a stake, or a deposit of money. They have no cash value outside the Service, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. The fee is the same whichever way a market you study resolves.
12. All purchases are final. There are no refunds. Credit packs, auto top-up purchases, and monthly subscription payments are non-refundable, whether or not you have used the credits and whether or not you are satisfied with the analysis. A poor trading result is never grounds for a refund: we do not trade for you and we do not share in outcomes. You receive free credits at signup so you can try Odds Coach before you pay. Cancelling a subscription or switching off auto top-up stops future charges but does not refund past ones. By buying credits you ask for them to be made available immediately. Once a credit is used, that purchase can no longer be cancelled.
13. The only exceptions to point 12. If an analysis fails to generate, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. If you were charged in error, or twice for the same purchase, contact us within 30 days at the address in point 18. We will fix the error or refund the extra charge. If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will refund the unused part of your paid credits. If the law of the country where you live gives you a right that cannot lawfully be excluded, that right applies.
14. Market data and AI output can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Prices, volumes, and other market data are sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. AI-generated text (including probability estimates and analysis) can be mistaken or incomplete in ways that are not always obvious. Always verify anything important independently before relying on it.
15. Community content is not vetted advice. Posts, comments, and ratings from other users in the Discussions area reflect their own opinions, not Odds Coach's. We do not review community content for accuracy before publication and are not responsible for it.
16. The Service may change or become unavailable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of Odds Coach at any time, with or without notice, and are not liable for any resulting loss of access or data. If we permanently discontinue the Service, point 13 applies to your unused paid credits.
17. Limits on our liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Odds Coach and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including trading losses, lost profits, and lost opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in this disclosure limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud or intentional wrongdoing, or any mandatory consumer rights you have.
18. Who we are, and which law applies. Odds Coach is operated by Talmon Business Solutions. For questions about this disclosure or a purchase, contact best.odds.coach@gmail.com. If you are a consumer, you keep any right you have under mandatory law to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
